In response to local concern about the high suicide rates and general poor mental health in our farming community, in 2022 we set up Supporting Our Farming Community in partnership with Hexham Mart.

Dementia Friendly Communities
CCP is on a mission to raise awareness about Dementia and enable fantastic, useful local support for people living with Dementia, their Carers and Families in our West Northumberland communities.

CCP Community Transport
The need for better access to Transport across West Northumberland is widely acknowledged and, as a result, we set up CCP Community Transport to try to fill in the gaps.
The service supports people who are vulnerable, isolated or unable to use available public transport to access medical appointments, social opportunities and vital public services. Continue Reading


Sharing Our Wild Spiritual Spaces (SOWSS)
This wellbeing and sustainability initiative takes place at churches in rural and deep rural areas and is suitable for Everyone’s wellbeing and enjoyment.
